Insulation class

The electric motor windings are standard insulation class 'F'. This means the stator is capable of withstanding temperatures up to 155° C. Insulation class 'H' is optional and provides a greater temperature range of up to 180° C. By using a higher insulation class, it is possible to use the drummotor at higher ambient air temperatures.
